Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to play a key role in optimizing end-to-end logistics, inventory, and supplier performance to ensure seamless operations.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day coordination and execution of procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate purchase order management, supplier engagement, delivery performance, procurement reporting, and data integrity across business systems. Working closely with suppliers, Finance, Operations, and the Commercial Compliance & Supply Chain Manager, the role ensures the timely flow of goods and services, maintains procurement compliance and audit readiness, and provides accurate management information to support operational decision-making. The Supply Chain Coordinator acts as the central coordination point for procurement activities, supplier performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement across the procurement function.
Key responsibilities:
Support approved procurement activities by obtaining and managing supplier quotations, ensuring cost alignment and adherence to defined procurement processes.
Validate procurement requirements against supplier quotations, ensuring purchase request information is accurate, complete, and aligned prior to procurement execution.
Raise, process, manage, and track purchase orders through their full lifecycle, ensuring timely issuance, delivery visibility, and closure.
Proactively monitor purchase orders, deliveries, Proofs of Delivery, and supplier invoices, identifying and resolving issues to support continuity of supply.
Maintain accurate procurement data across business systems, including procurement, finance, CRM, and BOM management platforms, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
Maintain procurement documentation and records to support audit readiness, governance requirements, and regulatory compliance activities.
Monitor supplier lead times, delivery commitments, and order status, proactively escalating delays, supply risks, or performance concerns where required.
Manage day-to-day supplier communications, ensuring timely updates, effective coordination, and resolution of operational procurement issues.
Support supplier onboarding activities and maintain supplier information, records, and documentation in accordance with defined business processes.
Produce and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and management information covering purchase order activity, supplier performance metrics, delivery performance, and operational risks.
Monitor supplier performance data and maintain scorecards, providing visibility of supplier performance trends and supporting management review activities.
Respond to internal stakeholder queries relating to procurement activity, order status, deliveries, supplier engagement, and procurement data.
Perform governance and data quality checks across procurement and finance systems, ensuring records remain accurate, complete, and aligned with defined standards.
Support procurement compliance, audit, supplier onboarding, and governance activities by maintaining accurate records and evidence repositories.
Monitor stock levels, consumption trends, and procurement requirements, identifying potential risks and reordering requirements to support operational needs.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows, reporting, and system processes, supporting the implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives.
Take ownership of procurement data quality and operational reporting, ensuring information supports informed decision-making, compliance requirements, and business visibility.

Experience
Essential Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience within Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Coordination, Order Management, or Vendor Management.
Experience managing supplier quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice queries.
Experience working with procurement, ERP, finance, or CRM systems.
Experience producing operational reports and managing procurement data.
Experience liaising directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience
Experience within technology, managed services, telecommunications, defence, government, or regulated industries.
Experience supporting supplier onboarding activities.
Experience maintaining supplier performance data and KPI reporting.
Experience with Jira, Dynamics 365, Xero, SharePoint, or similar business systems.
Understanding of procurement governance and audit requirements.
